How does it work?
My Protection AI monitors your incoming communications on two levels: text messages, and emails. Here’s how we handle each type of potential scam:
- Text Messages
My Protection AI prioritizes your privacy by only screening messages from numbers NOT in your contact list. Suspected scam messages are automatically moved to your junk folder.
- Emails
Emails are all marked as low, medium, or high risk by our software.  Highly dangerous materials (over 90% risk of scam) are sent to a junk folder.

My Protection AI ensures your safety while respecting your privacy,  no human is able to read your messages and your messages do NOT leave your device.

Who can use it?
Anyone is welcome to sign up for our service, regardless of age. However, our primary focus is on supporting the elderly, particularly those aged 65 and older. Our features and business are thoughtfully designed to address the unique challenges seniors face in staying protected against scams and fraudulent communications.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you will need to create an account to use My Protection AI. This allows us to tailor the service to your needs and provide customized protection for your communications. Setting up an account is quick and easy.

How do I reset my password?
Go to the Login Page and click "* forgot password?" to have a password reset email sent to your email.

What payment method does My Protection AI accept?
We use Stripe, a common payment processor.  Your card information is not accessible to our team.

Can I change my subscription plan/delete my account?
Yes these are all available inside the Portal. Click HERE to log in.

How can I contact customer support?

Where do I find a tutorial or user guide?
After logging in, you will see a tab on the left side of your screen called Help. This is where you can find all of our tutorial videos!

Does My Protection AI protect my data?
Yes, My Protection AI uses the best technologies on the market to protect user data.

Your payment is processed through Stripe, but otherwise no third party is involved.

What should I do if I suspect my account has been compromised?
Change your password and reach out to us right away at support@myprotection.ai

How do I delete my account and data?
After logging in, you will see a tab to your left called Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the delete button. This will remove all of your data from our system and cancel your subscription immediately.
